eNASCAR Ignite Series

NASCAR and iRacing are ready for Year 2 of the first ever online youth racing series on iRacing, an esports series focused on getting racers ages 13-16 in the driver’s seat. Learn the skills, strategy and focus to be a real race car driver. The NASCAR youth esports series establishes a legitimate entry point into real-world racing, providing young competitors with an unparalleled simulation experience on iRacing’s ultra-realistic software.

What’s the prize? A $10,000 racing scholarship along with an  opportunity to go to a real-world test session and potentially get a one race deal or more!

The season will be a mix of single and heat race formats. The regular season, comprised of the first eight events, will be raced in the Legends Car and will be open to all participants. The 50 participants accumulating the most points over the regular season will qualify to compete in the four-week playoffs, utilizing the new Tour Modified. The top 30 in points after the playoffs will advance to a final championship event at the iconic Martinsville Speedway.

Playoff Heat Format:
50 Entries
10 Minute Practice
(5) 10 lap heat races (10 cars each heat)
Top 3 of each heat transfer to the A Main
Last Chance Qualifier A: 12 laps (18 cars)
Last Chance Qualifier B: 12 laps (17 cars)
Winner from each LCQ Transfer to A Main
A Main Feature – 17 Cars – 30 Laps
Yellows Off

Finals Format:
30 Entries
10 Minute Practice
100 Laps

Yellows will be off for all rounds except the final in the Ignite Series.
