/ BMW M SIM CUP / APPEALS FORM
Please use the form below to appeal any penalty outcome provided by race control for the BMW M SIM CUP. Please note, that you will be required to provide your own replay for the incident outlined, and teams are limited to one appeal per form. Appeals must be submitted within 48 hours of results being published.
In order to complete the form below, you will be required to complete the following information:
- Team Car Number
- Team Name
- Name of representative completing form
- Correspondance Email
- Reason for appeal
- Any documentary evidence (In a Zip file)
Appeals may only be submitted for incidents that were reviewed by Race Control AND where a penalty was issued. Appeals will only be accepted where it will change the Top 10 of the race. All other appeals will be ignored, and teams may receive a warning for constantly submitting invalid appeals.
All protests will be reviewed by a panel of stewards and a decision to all appeals will be posted on the RaceSpot TV BMW M SIM CUP and BMW SIM Racing Discord. All appeal decisions are final, and can not be further disputed.
